What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is until 12:00 NN. Need to arrive early or leave late? Ask us — it depends on the day's bookings.
Can we come just for the day?
Yes. Day use is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Entrance is ₱100 (child (3–12)) and ₱150 (adult), and a pool day pass is ₱180 (child) or ₱250 (adult).
Is there a senior citizen or PWD discount?
Senior citizens and persons with disability get the 20% discount and VAT exemption required by law on eligible items (rooms, entrance, activities and café food) — please present your OSCA or PWD ID.
Can we bring our pets?
Please ask us before you come — send an inquiry or chat with us and the front desk will let you know.
How do I book a room?
Send an inquiry or chat with our assistant with your dates, the number of guests and the room you'd like. Our front desk checks availability and gets in touch to confirm — your booking is confirmed only once they do.
Can we hold a company outing, reunion or birthday here?
Yes — send us an inquiry with the date, how many guests and what you need, and the front desk will prepare options. Our pavilion — day use (up to 40 pax) is ₱5,000.
Is there food at the resort? Can we bring our own?
Forest Café is open 6:30 AM – 10:00 PM — at café, poolside and kubo tables you can order by scanning the table's QR code. Hill Mart sells drinks, snacks and grill supplies. For bringing your own food or drinks, please ask us.
Do we need our own pickleball paddles?
No — paddles can be rented at the gate (paddle rental — 1 hour: ₱100). Courts are open 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
